Email: Is the killer app killing productivity?

Email is a powerful and ubiquitous communications platform – it is arguably the ‘killer app’ of the Internet age. But for many businesses, the power of email is also its weakness: it attracts so much spam, and so many viruses, that productivity is crippled, and integrity and security are compromised.
