Cortex and onepoint announce a new partnership

The new partnership will accelerate adoption of “intelligent automation” for onepoint customers — initially in the Northern Europe market, with expansion into other overseas regions in future.

Peter-Paul Feijen, Managing Director at onepoint Netherlands, comments, “We’re seeing an increased focus on automation as many larger enterprises, especially those in financial, healthcare, government and retail sectors, embark on digital transformation journeys as a way to streamline operations and deliver exceptional customer experience. Intelligent automation technology provides a way to ensure clients reach their digital transformation goals successfully and improve the speed and quality of customer interactions.”

“Cortex proved to be the right partner for us as they have a highly innovative, powerful, market-leading automation solution. We’re excited about this partnership and the opportunity it provides to fuel future successes for all of our operations internationally.”

Ian Forsythe, Global Alliances Director at Cortex, comments, “Onepoint’s knowledge and leadership in supporting organisations digital transformation, along with our leading automation solution, will enable organisations to allow employees to focus on the creative tasks they do best, while intelligent automation handles repetitive and mundane activities. Our view is that humans should not be doing jobs that machines can do.”

Cortex is also helping to integrate its automation technology into the internal operations of onepoint.
