Luxoft acquire Objective Software GmbH

This marks the automotive department of Luxoft’s third acquisition, following the establishment of partnerships with Pelagicore and Symptavision in 2016.

The acquisition was sealed with an aim on the part of Luxoft to meet the growing demand of its Autonomous Drive and Connected Mobility practices.

The IP-based services of new partners Objective Software that Luxoft will acquire include a tele-operated driving platform, a Lidar-based automated parking scanner and cloud-based autonomous car-sharing.

Furthermore, the acquisition will allow Luxoft to increase its presence in Munich, expanding the firm’s software development services for highly automated driving, as well as expanding the reach of Objective Software’s OEM services.

Munich is just one of 42 cities around the world that Luxoft operates in.
