Matthew Halligan appointed CTO of Optiva

New CTO Halligan brings almost 30 years’ experience in software development and delivery, across bare metal, private cloud and public cloud environments, to Optiva, having previously served as CTO of Openwave Mobility (now Enea Openwave).

At Optiva, Halligan will look to accelerate innovation of cloud-native business support system (BSS) technology and telecom monetisation products.
