Wunderman Thompson acquires NN4M to strengthen commerce offering

In an aim to advance towards delivering effective cross-channel engagement platforms, the acquisition of NN4M (formerly named No Need 4 Mirrors) will see the mobile commerce company form part of Wunderman Thompson Commerce.

NN4M, headquartered in Edinburgh, has served as a mobile technology partner to various global commerce brands, including Selfridges & Co., Nestlé, JD Wetherspoon and River Island.

With over 15 years’ commerce experience, NN4M currently employs 50 people delivering eCommerce mobile applications across multiple markets and regions, and brings a history of creating mobile solutions that span multiple touchpoints, including smartphone, tablet, apps and in-store experiences.

The company looks to build native bespoke apps to help clients advance their channel strategy, and support customers over their preferred channel and location, a demand that has risen during the Covid-19 pandemic.
