1-Fix appoints Bonnie Simester as operations manager

New operations manager Simester, who was hired following significant business growth for 1-Fix, will be responsible for boosting service delivery across the client base.

Before joining 1-Fix, Simester spent two years at KompiTech, serving as service delivery manager.

“This is a period of real growth for 1-Fix so it is an exciting time to be a part of the business,” said Simester. “Both 1-Fix and I share the aligned value of providing excellent customer service, which is more important than ever given the current climate and significant changes to industry and the way in which people now work.”

Due to Covid-19 causing a shift to working from home, demand among customers has changed, meaning that the IT support provider has had to adapt accordingly.
