Kpler appoints Mark Cunningham as chief financial officer

Joining today, new Kpler hire Cunningham, who will be based in Edinburgh, arrives from Wood Mackenzie, where he held the role of vice-president of finance.

In this new role, Cunningham will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, business performance and capital structure to support sustainable, long-term growth for the organisation.

Bringing over a decade’s experience in finance leadership to Kpler, the new CFO served as head of corporate finance, treasury & investor relations at Harkand Group before joining Wood Mackenzie in 2016.

During his five years as Wood Mackenzie’s vice-president of finance, Cunningham played a key role in managing financial operations, including the 2019 acquisition of Genscape, and went on to run the integrated business in 2020.
