New chief product officer Ramsbacker brings over 20 years’ experience in the strategic execution of product strategies to Trulioo, and will oversee the launch of new digital identity verification solutions via the organisation’s GlobalGateway network.
Additionally, Ramsbacker will focus on developing intelligent workflow systems to maximise verification rates while optimising user experience.
Product plans for Trulioo going forward include the development of security features that factor in different biometric modalities, and fraud signals that will help in the continuous evaluation of an identity’s trust and safety score.
Ramsbacker was previously vice-president of product management at Mitek Systems, where he drove global product strategy and roadmap development for the organisation’s digital identity portfolio, including biometric authentication and document verification.
During his time at Mitek, he rebuilt the product management organisation, and instituted model processes for customer risk management compliance.
Prior to this, Ramsbacker served as vice-president of product management at Epsilon, overseeing the development, launch and complete product lifecycle of multiple automotive services.
