Trulioo appoints Caitlin Woodward as general counsel

Woodward brings over 15 years’ expertise in overseeing strategic acquisitions and cross-border transactions, as well as advising executive leadership teams on corporate governance requirements, to Trulioo, having previously served as associate general counsel at TELUS Corporation.

At TELUS, Woodward led internal M&A teams, advised on strategic acquisitions, and assisted the TELUS Ventures team in its investment program execution.

Prior to this, the new appointment served as associate general counsel and corporate secretary at NYSE-listed global asset management company Atlas Corporation, leading the completion of public and private financing transactions and advising on corporate governance and securities regulatory requirements.

Additonally, Woodward is a member of the Bar of the State of California, and holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.

Identity verification provider Trulioo had appointed a new chief technology officer in Hal Lonas, earlier this year.
