Luminoso promotes Henning Smith to chief technology officer

New Luminoso CTO Smith, who joined the company in 2019 to lead the company’s engineers, brings over 20 years’ experience in leading and developing engineering teams in distributed locations to his new role.

In his time at Luminoso, Smith oversaw the scaling of the customer insight provider’s global infrastructure, the achievement of SOC 2 compliance, and the launch of multiple new text analytics features.

Prior to joining Luminoso, the new appointment held engineering and development leadership roles at CA Technologies (now part of Broadcom) and Cisco.
